ROLE: Content Strategist 

Employment Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor

Location: This position is remote but requires candidates to be based within driving distance of Frisco, TX or Prosper, TX, to attend in-person meetings 1-3 times per month and for client meetings and site visits as needed.

Hours: 30 hours per week, negotiable/flexible

Experience: 3 - 5 years of marketing experience

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our real estate marketing agency. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies for social media, email marketing, blogs, and newsrooms that align with client objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Collaborate with clients to gather relevant information and updates, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and engaging.

  • Manage a content calendar for consistent and strategic content distribution.

  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

  • Assisting with team communication and sharing of assets to ensure everyone has information needed to execute deliverables

  • Coordinate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.

  • Attend in-person meetings and site visits as required to gain a deeper understanding of client needs and projects.

  • Supporting our agency growth by overseeing our marketing efforts, including content creation, social media, case studies, etc. 

  • Proactively solving problems and issues that arise in order to meet goals & objectives  

  • Supporting the variety of tasks and projects that arise when working in a fast-paced agency environment 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing content strategy, preferably within real estate or B2B space.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and content management systems.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proofreading skills important to be successful in this role

  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve content strategies.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving and collaboration.

  • Must be based within driving distance of Frisco, TX or Prosper, TX, and available for in-person meetings and site visits as needed.
